Last Minute Doula Support
For a variety of reasons, some people find that they want or need Doula support towards the end of pregnancy, just before the birth or even as they go in to labour. Where possible, I will happily attend you if circumstances allow and I will endeavour to ensure your birth is the best it can be. Although we may not have had the time to build up a relationship before hand, a large part of the Doula role is being intuitive and sensitive to the changing needs of a person in labour, reading the room and offering unconditional support. Doulas are nothing if not adaptable and I would always rather someone felt supported!
Another option for people who are exploring their options around doula support but either aren’t in a position to commit, or would like to build their own support package. This has been designed so you can easily add all elements together, or opt for one or two that suit you best.
Antenatal Support Package £700
*4 tailored Antenatal support sessions.
*Text/whatsApp/Email support throughout pregnancy.
*Use of TENS machine, access to my collection of books and resources.
Immediate Postnatal Support Package £200
*2 Postnatal support sessions.
*Feeding support from a qualified breastfeeding peer supporter.
*Visits can be to you in hospital or at home. Usually within the first two weeks post birth.
Stand alone Birth Support £600
Please be aware that the only time I ensure my availability is when you book the Birth Doula Package, as this also includes on call. The stand alone Birth support option is for people who are happy to accept that I may NOT be available when the time comes. I will always happily come and support you, if I have availability and there is no compromise to anyone I am on call for.

*Staying with you throughout, until baby is born and you are settled.
*Sharing practical skills and supporting partners.
*Bringing advocacy, experience and a sense of calm.
